We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
- Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
- Only eligible for non-personalized, non-intimate, and non-clearance items
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:
- Opened beauty or cosmetic products
- Used wigs, hair extensions, or brushes
- Clearance or final sale items
💵 Refund Process
If your return is approved:
- A refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds are made to the original payment method
- Delivery fees are non-refundable
🔁 Exchange Requests
We currently do not offer exchanges, but you may return an eligible item and place a new order separately.
